Rexanne and Jesse's Roche Harbor wedding on San Juan Island was simply beautiful. Cool Autumn day with bright sun and only the most cherished of family and friends around to celebrate with them. They had a simple service in Roche Harbor's old historic chapel on the hill, cocktail hour, dinner and toasts (and funfetti cupcakes, of course, Rexanne's a goofy one that lady), then tossed the traditional dancing standard out the window and invited their guests to go bowling at the local divey bowling alley instead. Super fun couple, clearly dedicated to growing old together and having a blast on the way.  

 

And they convinced me that the best way to get married is on an island . . . except for the fact that they missed their honeymoon flight due to Ferry complications, painful. I still think about that and want to cry for them sometimes.
